Lucie ran all the way down to the lake. She thought she'd run all the way back up but soon realized that uphill running is a LOT harder!

We enjoyed some end of the day fun outside blowing bubbles. The recipe came from this blog and it worked great!

Quick Visit

MawMaw and PawPaw came for a quick visit this weekend.

Painting Rocks

Lucie and I were spending the day sewing burp cloths for the local pregnancy care center but I never got to take pics of the completed ones because later that day we had a kitchen fire in the main house kitchen. The oven malfunctioned, and the house filled with smoke. Gregg was able to put the fire out and we are praising God that everyone was safe!

TLC

Today was the last day of homeschool co-op! We are already looking forward to October :) This video is another TLC moment from February. Griffin had to talk about something or someone that he loves. He chose a picture of PapPaw and MeMe to share with his class. Such a sweet boy!

Happy Easter

We had a great Easter here in Lawrence. After church we spent the afternoon dying and hunting eggs then cooking out with our whole house. It was lots of fun :)

We learned about fresco art in our history lesson so of course we made up some plaster of paris and started painting! It was a lot of fun

we finally got enough snow to try out our new sled! Sadly it melted the next day , but we were thankful for what we got!

Monterey Home, we live right across the street from one of the best sledding hills in town!
